Julie Denison, CRS, EcoRealtor®

Associate Broker Julie Denison is an expert in selling or listing land and homes. She has been working in real estate for 25 years and has been a broker since 1983.

Julie moved to Placitas from Los Angeles in 1978 and is now a "local fixture" in this developing community. Her knowledge of the history and culture of the area is legendary. Julie is also well versed in helping people locate in Albuquerque and throughout the state.

Julie has just completed an intensive course to become an EcoBroker® to help her clients become more knowledgeable about building with sustainable products such as lumber harvested from sustainable forests and recycled lumber. As an EcoBroker®, Julie can offer helpful advice regarding the use of earth-friendly products in the home such as low or no Voc paints or sealers that do not give out toxic fumes, and what are most energy efficient appliances. In addition, Julie can provide information on solar, passive and active energy options, recycling, composting and the many ways we can help the earth.
